Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Thyroid Love Club website, purchasing any digital products, or enrolling in any coaching programs or services offered by Soul Script LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Thyroid Love Club").

By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Thyroid Love Club

Thyroid Love Club is a health education and wellness coaching brand operated by Soul Script LLC. Services and products are offered by Elena Genik, PharmD, an integrative pharmacist and functional health coach. All services are offered in a health education and coaching capacity, not as a substitute for medical care (see Disclaimer section below).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or purchase our products. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Digital Products

Thyroid Love Club offers digital products including but not limited to guides, ebooks, protocols, and bundles sold through our Squarespace shop and Stan Store at stan.store/soulscript.

• All digital product sales are final. Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a technical delivery failure on our end.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our digital products without express written permission. Products are licensed for your personal use only.

• We reserve the right to update product content over time. Purchases grant access to the version available at the time of purchase; updates may or may not be included at our discretion.

4. Coaching Programs and Services

Thyroid Love Club offers 1:1 coaching programs, group support programs, and telehealth-style functional medicine services through partner platforms including Azova and Pharm To Table.

• Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute the practice of medicine and do not establish a physician-patient relationship.

• Scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms for coaching sessions are communicated at the time of enrollment. No-shows are non-refundable. Please review program-specific terms provided during onboarding.

• We reserve the right to pause or discontinue a coaching relationship if it is determined that services are not appropriate or safe for a client's current health status. In such cases, we will provide referrals to appropriate care.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All 1:1 coaching sessions require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled one time as a courtesy. After that, or in the event of a no-show, the session is considered forfeited. To reinstate a forfeited session, a $75 rebooking fee applies.

The six-month Functional Thyroid Program is a commitment-based program and is non-refundable once enrolled. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Thyroid Love Club on a case-by-case basis. No refund is guaranteed outside of a documented technical failure in service delivery on our end.

6. Free Monthly Support Group

The Thyroid Love Club free monthly support group is offered as a community education and peer support resource. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and confidentiality

• Understand that group discussions are not a substitute for individual medical advice

• Refrain from sharing or promoting products, services, or outside programs without prior permission

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or violates these standards.

6. Affiliate Relationships and Supplement Recommendations

Thyroid Love Club participates in affiliate programs including Fullscript and Pharm To Table. When you purchase supplements through our links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. All supplement recommendations are based on clinical judgment and personal experience, not paid sponsorship.

Supplement recommendations are educational in nature and are not a prescription or individualized medical recommendation unless provided in a formal clinical encounter through our functional medicine service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thyroid Love Club website and within our digital products -- including text, graphics, images, logos, guides, and educational materials -- is owned by Soul Script LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Sharing small excerpts with clear attribution for non-commercial educational purposes may be permitted; please contact us to request permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, content, digital products, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no representations that the information in our content or products will be appropriate for your specific health situation. Results described in testimonials or case examples are not guaranteed and may not be typical.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Script LLC and its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to health outcomes, financial loss, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Jersey.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
